American Baler Companyries, the manufacturer's latest addition to its horizontal baler line, offers replaceable bolted-in floor plates and plunger slides built of heavy-duty T-1 steel, trunnion mounted cylinders, adjustable dust seals, programmable controllers and free-floating extrusion chambers to process difficult materials. The free-floating extrusion chambers with four-way tension control allow the balers to produce maximum psi on the ram face with every stroke. The result is dense, uniform and even bales that are easy to handle and ship.
Available in 20 or 30 horsepower models, this series comes complete with an electro/hydraulic auto-tier system for reliable wire control and fast knot tying for reduced wire costs. The series is designed to be fed either mechanically or by pneumatic conveyor systems.
