With the KX-2 series excavators, the high output and strong torque of the E-TVCS diesel engine is combined with a new hydraulic system to help make smoother, more powerful operation a reality. There are five compact models ranging from 21.6 - 42.6 horsepower. A two-pattern selection system lets the operator choose the most familiar operating pattern for increased productivity over the long haul. The series is available with steel or rubber tracks. Combine these features with hydraulic pilot controls, walk-through design and other smart features, and users have a hard working excavator that responds to the operator's touch.
