The Forus is a slow-speed/high torque grinder designed to aggressively reduce a range of C&D materials for secondary processing through high speed shredders, tub grinders, and wood chippers. The grinder is described as ideal for landfill reclamation and disaster clean up. The close-up view in the photo of the counter-rotating mill shows how the steel claws continually tear and shred the input material. High-strength steel discs mesh together to reduce material size. Automatic reversing is incorporated to increase action for difficult material.
