BEI-100's organic enzymes create an environment that will not support algae or other undesirable microscopic life, thus causing their decline and elimination. The ensuing accelerated biochemical action emulsifies, digests or causes biodegradation. The product is useful for destroying malodors and improving the efficiency of absorption fields, landfills, and wastewater treatment facilities since it stimulates growth of beneficial bacteria cultures. It is a liquid concentrate whose dilution depends upon application. Other declared properties include BEI-100's being hypo-allergenic, non-flammable, and disposed to rinsing.
