TurboClean Thermal Oxidizer

NCE Corporation manufactures the TurboClean Thermal Oxidizer, one of the most versatile waste treatment products currently available. Originally designed for hospital waste, the TurboClean utilizes a unique process coupled with a sophisticated control system to eliminate many types of waste, cleanly and efficiently. It is compact enough to be located on site at many facilities, eliminating the need to transport waste and the associated expense and exposure to liability that comes with it.

The TurboClean utilizes a turbulent, oxygen rich, 1800º F primary combustion chamber to assure maximum residence time, a complete combustion process, and the highest degree of waste volume and weight reduction. A venturi and two packed bed scrubbers follow this primary chamber to remove any remaining pollutants that may be present in the exhaust stream. The same system can be configured to handle liquid, solid and gaseous waste simultaneously, or handle any of the three exclusively. The TurboClean arrives at the customer's site as a fully assembled, skid-mounted turnkey system. NCE staff supervises the attachment of utilities and placement of the equipment. They also handle the training of the personnel on operation of the equipment.
