Equipment and processes supplied by GTP remove H2S from all types of gas streams regardless of gas flowrate and inlet H2S concentration. For small total H2S loads (under 200 kg/day) the MINI-CAT™ process, offers a pre-engineered system for simple, efficient sulfur treatment in low pressure applications including landfill gas and biogas treatment. For larger total H2S loads (200 kg/day to 20 metric tons/day) the LO-CAT® process is recommended. LO-CAT uses a regenerable, water based, chelated iron catalyst to convert the H2S to elemental sulfur.
GTP provides engineering design, equipment, and catalyst/media for each application. GTP can also supply total system responsibility by providing complete turnkey systems.
