ELIMINATOR® Hydrogen Sulfide Removal System

The Eliminator® is a cost-effective, hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan removal system. The Eliminator is designed to treat sour gases and sour liquids and, provided adequate mixing can be achieved, it can even be used to remove hydrogen sulfide from sludges.The chemistry is straightforward and the reaction is extremely fast. The Eliminator reacts with H2S and mercaptans to form non-corrosive, non-hazardous, biodegradable byproducts. Disposal of the byproducts is easy and in some instances the byproducts inhibit corrosion of processing equipment.
Since the Eliminator is a liquid, it can be sprayed directly into a gas stream or injected into a liquid stream utilizing standard static mixers to achieve the required degree of contacting. Installation times and capital expenditures are minimized. For maximum utilization of the Eliminator, standard lead-lag vessel systems are employed.
The Eliminator is one of the most cost-effective means of removing hydrogen sulfide in small applications of less than approximately 150 kg/day of hydrogen sulfide, H2S, and for systems where carbon dioxide, CO2, removal is not required.
