With 10-yard body capacity and a 4-foot arm reach, the AutoCat™ automated side-loader from Wayne Engineering Corp. is ideal for municipal street-side collection. The new small-bodied loader has a close reaching arm that motions up the side of the hopper during container handling rather than arcing upward, providing safe, efficient collection in restricted areas such as alleys and on downtown streets where city sanitary containers are placed. Simultaneous load-and-pack operation allows for continuous collection without stopping during the packing cycle. The unit features high-strength AR400 floor and hopper sides, a durable curved shell design, and full-eject discharge.
