AJ-4C Performance Specification Sheet

The AJ-4C Hauler™ Fork system lifting and rotating capacity is 10,000 lb (5 tons). This is performed with 6.0" bore lift cylinders, 5.0" bore swing cylinders and 4.5" bore tilt cylinders. The fork system allows the unit to lift the container from the ground and place it completely on the truck with absolutely no over hang and perfect weight distribution. The fork system will then lift the 5-ton container into the desired rotate position with a maximum reach of 15' (forks to ground). This reach will allow front-end containers to be rotated into large Roll-Off containers (40-45 yd) to consolidate loads. Our rotator is designed to rotate containers continuously in any direction a true 5 tons and has only one grease fitting for the rotator bearing. This is the only grease fitting in the system. The rest of the system has space age nylatron greaseless bushing at all hinge points that are far superior than oil impregnated bushings. Out unique folding fork design is the only horizontally folding forks on the market with catch blocks that sustain extreme loads.

Saftey Features
The fork system also incorporates strategically placed non-moving proximity switches that cancel out the Roll-Off system when the Fork system is in use. The back of the swing arm is protected by a trigger plate which cuts out the retract side of the swing arm cylinders and lift cylinders. This prevents the swing arm from being pulled or pushed into the stinger.

Cable Reeving Roll-Off System
The AJ-4C Hauler™ Roll-Off system has two 4.0" bore reeving cylinders that will hoist loads weighing up to 15,000 lb (7.5 tons). The 3.5" bore dump cylinders have a dumping angle in excess of 50° also with a capacity of 7.5 tons. On the front of the hoist frame, S.I.C. has incorporated two container nose roller locks that pinch the nose rollers of the container when in transport. This prevents relying on the cable to secure the Roll-Off containers. These locks fold up and down to clear the fork frame when in the fork mode. The 72" extendable stinger has nylatron wear plates inside and out preventing steel on steel contact. The rear of the stinger also has a large pavement roller saving driveways and other surfaces. The stinger is traversed in and out by a single 2.5" bore hydraulic cylinder. This feature extends the hoist frame from 10'1" to 15'7" allowing the Fork system and Roll-Off system to be on one truck on the outside of the hoist frame there is *8) side greaseless zinc plated rollers, (6) on the hoist frame and (2) on the stinger. The four corners of the hoist frame also have outside guide plates that trap the rails of the Roll-Off container between the hoist and the guide plate. The back two guide plates have a rectangle notch cut out in the to accept steel 1"x2"x3" blocks that get welded to the outside of the Roll-Off container rails to eliminate container slap or chains if so desired. Steel blocks are optional and are NOT required to use the system. The 5/8" red line hoist cable is rated over 25,000 lb with a standard Roll-Off cable end. The reeving traversing pulleys have nylatron wear strips to prevent steel on steel contact while lifting loads. All hinge points have greaseless nylatron bushing making the reeving hoist totally greaseless.
