Baling System

The MAC 110 and MAC 111 high production, fully automatic presses comply with CE and UL international standards. The system is made up of a binding system, fluffer, hydraulic power station, trolley, and a PLC. The dimensions of the bales have been designed to store the end product (including paper, cardboard, iron, aluminum cans, and plastic sheets) in 5/6 rows laid out vertically.

The patented binding system offers high operational speed (approx. 25 sec). The needle thrusters and the thread-binders are two independent units where the thread is pushed by needles to the binder where it is twisted and cut.

The fuller weighs 9000 lb and makes it possible to substitute the shredder when processing materials of a high specific weight. It operates completely automatically and an amperometric card rationalizes the flow of material.

The hydraulic power station is made up of one Mac 110 motor pump unit or by two Mac 111 motor-pump units. The compacting cylinder is fitted with a hydraulic break to reduce trolley rebound shocks and has been designed to withstand high pressures. Two supports, fitted at the rear, allow the station to oscillate, allowing the cylinder to line up with the horizontal traverse of the trolley.

Fitted with four hardened steel wheels, the compacting trolley includes a cutting blade that is replaceable or repairable. The blade is operated by variable flow hydraulic pumps fitted with power regulators that reduce the amount of electricity required.

The PLC controls the manual and automatic machine operations. The display shows the state of machine operations and any faults that might occur.
