The "Bantam" is specifically designed to best suit the needs of the professional sand and gravel hauler. The lightweight design of this trailer means larger loads and higher profits.
Top Rail- 4" x 4" x 3/16" structural tube with 2" x 6" pine side boards or optional 2" x 12" pine side boards.
Sides- 12 gauge, high tensile steel with double "V" bracing and radius corners.
Floor- A one-piece sheet of 10 gauge, high tensile steel, double on the last 36" to form a wearplate.
Tailgate- Top hinged, with an air-operated boomerang latch.
Suspension- the standard 44,000# single point suspension has a special fiber/Teflon bushing to prolong life. The design of the Bantam allows all 8 tires to remain on the ground, even at a 43-degree dump angle.
