Environmental Site Assessments

Source: Andrews Environmental Engineering, Inc.
No site, whether it is a family home or an industrial complex is too small or large for an environmental assessment.
Whether a client is buying or selling property, it only makes sense to invest in an environmental assessment. Through such audits, prospective buyers learn of any potential liabilities. Sellers learn what must be done (if anything) to bring their property into compliance with reporting requirements. No site, whether it is a family home or an industrial complex is too small or large for an environmental assessment.

At Andrews Environmental Engineering Inc., we assist individuals and corporations with their assessment needs -- from due diligence reviews prior to a purchase to a complete Phase I, Phase II or Phase III Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). We conduct such reviews in compliance with ASTM Standards and state and federal regulations.

Our audits include research into the history of the site use and ownership, identification of liabilities that may be incurred as the result of how adjacent and nearby properties have been used; investigation of current site conditions, and preparation of a final report, which documents our findings. These reports inform clients of the presence of underground storage tanks, hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facilities, past regulatory actions taken against the property, hazardous waste treatments previously performed at the site and other evidence of possible contamination or potential liability.
