Modular Pumps

The KL85 and KL86 low-flow, high-head wastewater pumps and a line of submersible dewatering and sludge pumps offer modularity and are sized from 1/2 to 100 hp. They are interesting for their interchangeable replacement parts, adjustable wear rings, and cartridge mechanical seals. The KL85 and KL86 wastewater pumps have a vortex impeller for increased solids-handling capability and pump efficiency compared with channel impeller pumps operating in similar flow ranges. Designed for aggressive low-flow wastewater pumping applications, the KL85 and KL86 are claimed to be more energy-efficient, durable, and overall less expensive to operate than wastewater pumps with channel impeller. The SP series offers lightweight, portable, submersible pumping with ductile iron "wet ends" and aluminum motor housings. A modular system of standard replacement parts eliminates downtime for maintenance and repair.
