It is constructed of an oversized steel housing that includes a combination of heavy I beams, structural channels, and abrasive resistant wear plates. The system uses one large piston for compressing materials, and has a base that is composed of a sub floor and floor. It has a PLC program that is pre-set to match the baling requirements of each type of material, and a manifold block that balances the hydraulic pressure, which provides maximum density on materials baled.
