Machinex Technologies Inc.wo News Separator allows the user to switch sorting modes quickly. Disc spacing moves laterally while shafts move longitudinally. This adjustability allows for different sorting configurations such as single stream, new and fiber stream and occ. This system generates up to 20 tons/hr. of separation for various news grades from curbside collection. Other features include:
•Friction-type finger disc on rotors
•Twin sectioned "split-disc"
•Shafts mounted on heavy duty pillow block bearings
