Direct vaporization provides odor control with no water involvement. Diffused air nozzles supply the odor-neutralizing vapor of the product. The process is recommended in conditions of extreme cold where freezing can be a problem and/or if an odor neutralizing solution without water is preferred. The process is well suited for all interior locations where water based aerosol would create humidity, wet floors, or over spray problems. The direct vaporization process uses the heat of the regenerative blower to evaporate the essential oils, creating an odor-neutralizing vapor. The odor neutralizing is infused into the supply air into a specially designed direct vaporization chamber. This waterless odor-neutralizing vapor is distributed over the odor producing area with fogging nozzles.
