American Baler Companyuth balers are designed for the high volume continuous processing of multiple grades of recyclable materials, even bulky sizes. They are typically used in conjunction with sortation and conveyor feed systems, such as a MRF or paper stock installation. These balers make exceptional-weight bales of all recyclables, including corrugated, high-grade paper, newsprint, plastic, non ferrous metals, even phone books. A single ram produces maximum psi force to form a dense, even bale against the side of the previously formed bale in the extrusion chamber. This chamber hydraulically and mechanically squeezes bales from three sides, then releases to allow the bale to move on through the chamber. The extrusion concept speeds production, and eliminates the need for ejection rams and bale separation doors. They accept volumes up to 35 tons per hour, depending upon materials. Power and pressure options are tailored to user requirements. Shock-free three-stage shear slices through material masses to process hard-to-bale materials efficiently and economically. They also provide a programmable controller with digital readouts and data-table access module.
