MACPRESSE S.r.lies is designed to process the difficult and varied materials found in both commercial and residential municipal solid waste as well as recyclable materials. The heavy steel structure is intentionally oversized. A combination of heavy I beams, structural channel and abrasive resistant wear plate are used to form both compaction chamber and extrusion channel. The base is composed of sub floor and floor. This series is also supplied with one large piston for compressing material, producing a high hourly production rate. The Ram has a special cutting blade to reduce structural stress and energy consumption. The patented wire-tying unit rotates 90° and swings into position during a tying cycle.
