Belt Drives
Light Duty Sheaves in Bored to Size and Bushed styles with single and double, O-A and A-B combination grooves are available from stock. Bored to Size Sheaves are provided with standard keyway and one setscrew. Bushed Sheaves accept the standard G&G Manufacturing Company D-Bushings in a variety of English Standard and Metric sizes.
QD Conventional Sheaves
Cast Iron QD Sheaves for A, B, C and D belts with single or multiple grooves are stocked at our Omaha, Nebraska warehouse. Standard QD Bushings from JA to W are also available in English Standard and Metric sizes from G&G Manufacturing Company. Bushings are furnished with a standard keyway and all necessary assembly hardware. Sheaves are solid, webbed or spoked designs, depending on the outside diameter.
QD Super-V Sheaves
QD Sheaves for 3V, 5V and 8V belts in single and multiple grooves are available from stock. The G&G Manufacturing Company standard QD Bushings from JA to W fit these Super-V Sheaves, and are stocked in English Standard and Metric sizes. Bushings come with a standard keyway and all the assembly hardware. QD Super-V Sheaves can be a solid, web or spoke design, depending on the outside diameter.
Variable Pitch Light Duty Sheaves
Single and double, O-A-B combination groove Variable Pitch Light Duty Sheaves are readily available from G&G Manufacturing Company. These sheaves are stocked in standard round bore sizes with a keyway and setscrew.
WELDAPULLEYS & WELDAHUBS
G&G Manufacturing Company originated to concept of the Weldapulley. A variety of Weldapulleys in O-A combination, A-B combination and C grooves, along with several sizes and styles of finished bore Weldahubs machined to fit them are available from stock. These easy to assemble components reduce cost and inventory by providing more Finished Bore Pulley combinations with fewer components on hand. These fractional horse power pulleys are ideal for a variety of light duty applications.
Pressed Steel Pulleys
Single and Double groove Pressed Steel Pulleys are available from G&G Manufacturing Company in O-A, A-B and C groove styles. Standard round bore sizes with standard keyway and one setscrew are readily available in a painted or plain finish. Other bore sizes and style are also available by quotation
Solid Steel Pulleys
G&G Manufacturing Company stocks Type-B Solid Steel Pulleys for A or B Belts in diameters up to 4 inch. These pulleys are provided in standard round bore sizes with keyway and one setscrew.
Idler Pulleys
G&G Manufacturing Company stocks Flat Belt Pressed Steel Idler Pulleys in 2-3/4" and 4" diameters and V-Belt Pressed Steel Idler Pulleys in a 5" diameter, with 1/2" or 5/8" bores. Solid Steel V-Belt Idler Pulleys in 4" OD with 1/2" or 5/8" bores are also available. All Idler Pulleys come with an Extended Inner Race Precision Ball Bearing installed.
Wire Rope Pulleys
Solid Steel Wire Rope Pulleys for 3/16" to 1/2" diameter Wire Rope are stocked at G&G Manufacturing Company. Outside diameters from 2" to 4" are supplied with a 7/8" bore, while larger sizes from 5" OD to 10" OD are provided with a 1-1/4" bore. Powdered Metal Bushings are also available for 1/2" to 1-1/8" shaft sizes. Other sizes, styles and materials for the Wire Rope Pulleys and Bushings are available by quotation.
Cast Aluminum Pulleys
Cast Aluminum Pulleys are available from G&G Manufacturing Company. Single groove A-belt, and Single Double and Triple groove B-Belt styles are available in diameters ranging from 8" to 15". Standard round bore sizes from 5/8" to 1-1/2" with keyway and two (2) setscrews can be quoted for these pulleys. Other sizes and styles are also available by quotation.
V-Belts
High quality, inexpensive V-Belts in a variety of sizes are now carried by G&G Manufacturing Company. XHD V-belts, FHP V-Belts (3L, 4L & 5L), Conventional V-Belts (A, B, C, D & E), Wedge V-Belts, Banded Conventional V-Belts, Banded Wedge V-Belts and Double V-Belts are all readily available.
