The bucket screen automatically separates waste into up to four specific fractions
The bucket screen automatically separates waste into up to four specific fractions. With the separation quality and throughput of a large trommel, according to the company, this unit has been designed to operate without clogging, blinding, spearing, or jamming. It does not rely on the fines falling through the screen openings, rather collects them in the buckets and discharges them at the highest point of the machine where the bucket tips over. Large materials pass over the buckets and are discharged at the lower end.

This system eliminates the possibility of waste wrapping around any part of the screen or causing a jam. Air jets inside the buckets prevent them from clogging when sorting wet waste and the overhanging bucketed belt design precludes waste from penetrating the screen's encased working parts.
