CAPS 1700 All Purpose Sprayer

The ConCover All Purpose Sprayer is a versatile piece of landfill machinery that is used primarily for the application of NWC's alternative daily cover materials. The CAPS machine can also be used for dust control, erosion prevention, seeding, fire-fighting, power-washing as well as applying other products developed by NWC .

CAPS 1700 Specifications

Engine:
John Deere Diesel - CID (3.92 L), 80 horsepower, 4 cylinder, water cooled with over center clutch. Low oil pressure and high water temperature automatic shutdown. Vibration isolated.

Tank:
Resin coated 1750 gallon liquid capacity mixing tank.

Cannon:
Platform at rear with all controls and discharge cannon. Discharge distance up to 100 feet. Set of 5 nozzles: 1 long distance, 2 long distance fan, 1 narrow fan, and 1 wide fan.

Pumps:
Progressive cavity positive displacement. Rated 125 GPM at 150 PSI. Pump drive: Hydraulic motor direct coupled to pump drive shaft.

Hose Reel:
Includes electric hose reel less the optional length hose.

Agitation:
Mechanical paddle agitators and liquid recirculation. Variable speed reversible hydraulic motor drive (0-115 RPM) : hydraulic pump-Commercial Intertech gear type, hydraulic valving-brand adjustable flow.

Weight/Dimensions:
Empty weight: 7000/17000 lbs. Working weight: 26000/36000lbs. Standard on skid with twin rails 34" wide. Dimensions: 227" L x 90" W x 108' H. Dimensions with trailer: 260" L x 96" W x 150" H.
