The Cell Phone Detector is for use in areas within power plants, control centers, laboratories, hospitals, industrial plants, and other facilities where sensitive electronic equipment could malfunction due to Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) caused by the use of wireless communication devices. The detector features an alarm and voice message requesting the communication device be shut off immediately.

This system can detect both analog and digital cell phones, and has a remote alarm output for connection to an external device such as an annunciator panel or alarm system. Hidden, front-accessible controls and external input/output jacks are designed for easy adjustment to a specific coverage area, detection method or alarm mode. The unit is compact, lightweight and can be wall-mounted.
