Avanti International254 Gelseal is a chemical grouting product which forms a gel mass when it comes in contact with water. It is a low viscosity urethane prepolymer grout and is applied in much the same manner as an acrylamide grout, but is a one component system. After curing, it forms a flexible barrier to water infiltration. A gel reinforcing agent can be added to the water side for improvement.
