LFG Specialties condensate injection system allows cost effective disposal of LFG condensate.
LFG Specialties' enclosed flare condensate distribution and injection system allows disposal of gas condensate at a rate of 0.5 to 3 gallons per minute. Our system typically includes the following equipment components:

Condensate System

• Condensate spray nozzle/lance assembly
• Condensate pump
• Condensate basket strainer
• Condensate pressure differential indicator
• Condensate filter
• Condensate flow indicator/flow meter
• Condensate automatic shutoff valve
• Condensate manual flow control valve

Injection Air System

• Injection air pressure regulator/filter/separator
• Injection air automatic shutoff valve
• Injection air manual flow control valve

Condensate Injection Controller

This flare controller provides a starting signal to the condensate control module. The controller sends out a signal to operate the condensate injection system as required to maintain proper operations. The system has automatic controls with built in alarms for condensate injection system shutdowns and lockouts (for example: low liquid condensate level shutdown, low injector pressure, low injector air pressure, etc.).
