Automated separation and reduction of C&D debris material recovers wood, mixed aggregate, cardboard, metal products and more

• Full trailers tip C&D inside building.
  
• Material is loaded into hopper of incline feed conveyor and fed onto a vibrating
  screen with 2" openings.
  
• Fines discharge onto a stockpile or directed to a secondary trommel screen.
  
• Trommel removes <1/2" and discharges the 1/2" x 2" material onto a conveyor to return to the sorting beltor the material is fed into a compactor to be disposed of in a landfill.
