SUPERIOR STRENGTH
Rotational molding is a process in which dry, powdered resin is introduced in a mold, which is then placed ina heated oven and rotated simultaneously about two axis. During this stage, layers of resin are deposited about two axis. During this stage, layers of resin are deposited uniformly throughout the mold allowing the resin to fuse together. The mold is then cooled, the finished product removed and the cycle is repeated.
ADVANTAGES OF ROTATIONAL MOLDING
- Uniform wall thickness.
- Lowest level of molded-in stress...
minimizing product failure.
