e-Scrap Destruction Offers New Convenient E-Waste Recycling Program

Islandia, NY - e-Scrap Destruction, Long Island's only e-waste management company with a zero landfill policy, recently announced the company will now be offering onsite storage and pickup services. With this new service, e-Scrap clients can have a large container delivered and placed onsite for the collection of electronic waste materials such as computers, copiers and fax machines. The container will be locked at all times and picked up after it is filled to capacity. This arrangement decreases the number of trips necessary to pickup materials, thereby, maximizing the efficiency of the service. The company also offers the option of installing a smaller locked container inside offices for the disposal of smaller items such as computers and computer hard drives.

"Electronic waste has become a major environmental problem. Businesses wish to dispose of this waste in a convenient and safe way. Using containers to gather a full load of electronic recyclables before bringing them to our facility is a more efficient system. This program is ideal for companies and organizations with space to accommodate the containers. Having this program in place is also a great way to demonstrate to employees and customers that a company is acting environmentally responsible," said Trace Feinstein, President of e-Scrap Destruction.
