Typically, under the most strict environmental laws, there is a requirement to continuously record operating parameters during the burning cycle such as:
Oxygen (O2)
Carbon Monoxide (CO)
Visible Emission (Opacity) – Smoke from the exhaust
These electronic sensors are capable of displaying the information to a computer screen and to provide reports for each cycle.
Maintenance must be done every 4 months on major components to re-calibrate and clean the sensors for peak accuracy. There is also 1 hour of monthly maintenance and 15 minutes of daily maintenance required.
