STS Smart Truck Systems000FE Series is a full-ejection front loader that uses a 44" packer blade. This blade glides the whole body length on self-lubricated wear plates made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene that are mounted on "V" shaped mono-rails. Increasing mechanical advantage for greater strength and stability, these rails require relatively low maintenance. The body of the system is constructed of lightweight, high tensile strength steel. Also, the hydraulic and electrical systems are centralized, providing for easy maintenance.
