Fusion-Crete I Liquid (Concrete-Adhesive/Enhancer)

Fusion-Crete LIQUID is an acrylic/copolymer concrete-adhesive/enhancer, which is packaged in 5-gal. plastic pails (with a mixing ratio chart on the back of each pail). One 5-gal. pail will treat approximately one-yd.³ of concrete for repair work (anything 1/8 in. or more in thickness) using a relatively dry mixture. One 5-gal. pail will provide approximately 1,200 to 1,800-ft.²of a squeegee-consistency coating mixture that is less than 1/8 in. in thickness. Coatings may be applied in thicknesses of 1/32 to 3/32 of an inch. Additional features include:

•Resistance to extreme temperature variations (0°F to 130°F.)
•Resistance to cracking, wearing, vibration, and UV rays
•Ability to be feathered out to zero with absolute bonding
•Environmentally safe (single-component, non-toxic, non-hazardous, waterborne product)
•Ability to chemically bond to old concrete and other surfaces
•Allows for the return of heavy vehicular traffic within 24 hours using regular cement
•Compatible with fast-setting cements for peak-traffic applications (vehicular and/or pedestrian)
•Non-re-emulsifiable product base and high-solids content provide protection for applications exposed to standing water, snow, ice, and excessive moisture
•Two- to three-year shelf life when stored in dry place at moderate temperatures
•Allowances for successive applications, addition of color and/or various aggregates, and for future maintenance
•Easy to use with conventional hand tools for the permanent repair and maintenance of concrete, asphalt, masonry, tile, metals, wood, fiberglass, styrofoam, and other surfaces
