Gel Grouting System

Avanti Internationaleal is a chemical grouting product that forms a gel mass when it comes in contact with water. This noncorrosive, one-component system is a low viscosity, urethane prepolymer grout and offers high strength and safety features. After curing, the product forms a flexible and effective barrier to water infiltration. The strength of the system can be improved by the addition of the company's gel reinforcing agent added to the water side. It features 78% solids content, a viscosity of 340 cps (at 75°F) and a flashpoint of 285°F.

This product can be used to:
• Stop infiltration into manholes (brick, mortar or precast)
• Sealing of pipe joints through commercial packer equipment for repairing leakages in sanitary and storm sewer pipes
• Stabilization of soil
• Sealing of any underground structure by external substrate stabilization
