Horizontal Discharge Trailer

Capable of discharging 45 cu. yd of viscous sludge or fly ash, the East Sludge/Fly Ash Pusher offers dump stability with no elevation. Constructed from lightweight yet durable aluminum, it offers a balance of payload with maximum hauling capacity. The horizontal ram and blade wipes the bed clean of dry, moist or semi-liquid sludge or fly ash. The driving seal wipers are edged with high density phenolic wiper blades that are flexible and self-adjusting to eliminate jamming and provide a tight seal. The blade leaves no material adhering to the trailer bed. The hydraulics are protected inside the bulkhead to reduce wind resistance. The cylinder anchor design offers extended equipment life.

The 3/16-in. aluminum alloy plate used needs no painting, and the floor crossmemebers are set into the chassis rails and welded in a unitized construction, allowing the floor to be supported in both directions. All-steel horizontal discharge trailers or straight trucks are also available.
