Impact Crusher Plant

With reduction rates up to 30:1 (closed circuit), the road-portable, KRH1515 primary impact crusher plant is suited for recycling concrete and asphalt rubble and C&D debris. It can also be used for crushing limestone with low to normal silica content. The plant utilizes the Hazemag 1515 APPH impactor with hydraulic controls.

Crusher adjustments for this system require no tools, and the crusher inlet is 45 in. high to handle large sizes of incoming rubble. A hydraulic moveable inlet base is designed to prevent jamming and bridging, and a feeder pan under the crusher discharges out of the side for ease in handling wire mesh and rebar.

The plant features a skid-on hopper for set-up without a crane, and support provided by six independent hydraulic legs for accurate leveling adjustments. Power is provided by either a diesel or electric source. Conveyors, radial stackers, screening plant, and complete electrical controls for an entire aggregate or concrete recycling system.
