PHase III Inc. Environmental Productsnator is not a soap, detergent or petroleum solvent. Eliminator is an industrial strength concentrate, formulated to remove all common soils, grease, oil, dirt, wax, gum, dye, inks, carbon, smoke and exhaust stains. Eliminator will clean metal, plastic, rubber, porcelain, concrete and wood surfaces safely, effectively and economically.

Eliminator is safe to use around people, pets, plants. Eliminator needs no special handling or clothing requirements and is safe to store and dispose of.PHase III Inc. Environmental Productsnator may be used in pressure washers, soak tanks, dip tanks, steam cleaners, ultra-sonic tanks, or applied by spray, cloth or mop.

Contains ATCC (American Type Culture Collection) Bacillus subtillis, Bacillus Licheniformus microbial cultures

Ability to biodegrade (consume) Fats, Oils, Greases and Petroleum Based Products

Will enhance natural bacteria found in waste water treatment systems, sewer systems, septic tanks, grease traps, drain lines and clarifiers

Compatible with Oil/Water separators

May be used as a petroleum dispersant and bioremediation agent on open waters

May be used as a scale deposit inhibitor in heating and cooling systems
