Magnum 260 Trommel Screen

Norton Environmental Equipment "magnum" is for users looking for a fully mobile screen with a high throughput. The core drum carries screen segments in mesh sizes from 4 mm x 12 mm to 80 mm square. The segments can be changed in approximately 90 minutes. Sieve segments on this machine are made from wear resistant spring steel. The segments can be transported in the machine or towing vehicle. The screen has the following features:

•Articulated chassis, up to 80 km/hr with ABS
•Basic frame made of heavy duty, robust double T girder construction
•Easy to maintain due to the simple design
•Robust, water-cooled Perkins Industrial diesel engine, 6 cyl, 6 lt, 85 kw
•Screen drum, 7800 mm long x 2200 dia., gives an effective screening area of 48 m²
•Capacity 60 - 200 m³ depending on the screen size and material being processed
•Can be designed to produce 3 fractions
•Large volume hopper with hydraulically folding extension
•Hydraulically adjustable supports (for leveling)
•All conveyors are hydraulically folded / raised / lowered
•Fully adjustable drum speed and hopper feed
•Hopper conveyor automatically self-aligns
