Mixing/Diluting Polymers

The Polymaster dilutes, mixes and thoroughly activates emulsion, dispersion and solution polymers including new high molecular weight products. Its patented Gatlin distribution head provides polymer activation, the degree of which is not affected by fluctuating water pressure. With the Gatlin mixer, there's no need for costly booster pumps, and materials are mixed and blended without blades to damage fragile polymer chains. Models are available to produce up to 50 gpm of dilute solution at concentrations from 0.1 to 2.0%. Standard units include manual or automatic electronic metering pumps for polymer injection; larger models use motor-driven metering pumps, gear pumps or progressing cavity pumps. A number of accessories can be added to customize the technology, including a desiccant breather, a calibration column kit, a drum mixer and a stainless steel support stand.
