According to the manufacturer, the value of the wood is raised with a minimal increase in production costs. This system utilizes five stage, continuous mixing to blend the colorant and the mulch. Wood chips and bark mulch are churned rapidly. This aggressive action is designed to create rich, uniform color on every particle.
By combining the quick mixing with a pneumatic colorant delivery system, this system requires very little water. The result is less shipping weight and quicker drying time. This reduced water requirement allows colorants to be applied at the highest concentration possible, providing color consistency, longevity and brilliance.
