Multi-Use Baler

The AT series multi-use, multi-media balers are capable of baling paper, corrugated plastics, aluminum and steel cans, and more. In addition to automatic, semi-automatic, or manual operation, the master console also features a PLC diagnostic system that detects and visually displays operating problems or faults so they can be corrected with minimum downtime. Direct phone modem diagnostic hookup to the Logemann service department is also available. A large diameter ejector ram features a vertical yoke design with long guide extensions to prevent twisting and bypassing of material behind the ram. Some additional features include:

•Box cover and knife holder over baling chamber is bolted for easy servicing or replacement
•Bale chamber constructed of heavy plate weldments and fully lined with replaceable wear plates
•Shearing knife design and location allows shearing to occur before compression to lessen chances of ram stalling
•Large loading hopper
•Job-rated ram cylinders and guided ram heads help ensure dependable operation and long life for liner plates
