New Bolt-On Plate Simplifies Addition Of Cart Tippers

Federal Signal subsidiary, Leach Company, now offers a bolt-on cart tipper prep for their 2R™-III rear loader, providing an adjustable load sill height to ease collection.

Oshkosh, WI -- Recent engineering updates to Leach Company's 2R™-III rear loaders ease trash collection. New bolt-on tipper prep provides an adjustable load sill height on the hopper and can be raised or lowered based on chassis height. Designed to eliminate any additional prep work and simplify tipper mounting, the new design also provides adjustable tipper height for can sizes other than standard 90-gallon containers. 2R-III owners can easily re-adjust the tipper height just by loosening the bolt and relocating the mounting plate. Vehicle owners can also easily move the tipper to another 2R-III unit while a vehicle is down for routine maintenance.

The new bolt-on cart tipper can be installed and used along with other container handling options, such as drum winches or reeving cylinders, on the same unit without interference.
