New Holland Offers Highest Horsepower Sub-Compact Tractor

New Holland, PA — New Holland's new 25-hp TZ25DA Boomer™ sub-compact tractor has the most engine horsepower of any sub-compact on the market. All three TZ sub-compact models have the power to handle front or rear-mounted implements -- from a snow blower to a tiller to a front-end loader. For the ultimate in traction control, the optional Sensitrak™ system (TZ22DA and TZ25DA only) engages and disengages the 4WD automatically and only when required to reduce scuffing the turf, save wear and tear on the tires and increase the life of driveline components.

Handles Attachments With Ease
Dependable three-cylinder diesel engines provide plenty of power for all kinds of jobs. All three models have two PTOs to power front- and rear-mounted implements. A mid PTO (2,200 rpm) and rear PTO (540 rpm) and a 700-pound lift, three-point hitch permit operation of power rotary tillers, snow blowers, rotary cutters, blades, front-end loaders and more. A separate pump for the hydrostatic power steering provides plenty of hydraulic flow to the steering system to make maneuvering easy.

Equipped with the optional 10LA front-end loader, a TZ sub-compact can move mulch, gravel and snow fast. Its unique, curved-boom design provides better reach and more strength with less weight and mass than the conventional "dog-leg" loader booms found on other tractors. The curved boom and sloped TZ hood allows better visibility to the bucket, too. Four-bar linkage provides greater rollback for more complete bucket filling, better material retention and a greater dump angle for cleaner dumping of sticky material. The Quick-Latch™ system lets the operator put the loader on in minutes, and take it off just as fast—without tools. And, there's no need to remove the mower deck to use the loader.

Sleek Design
The TZ's sloped, modern hood affords the operator superb visibility. Bright halogen headlights with unique corner work lights provide unmatched illumination for nighttime jobs. A wide-open platform with a padded, anti-skid deck offers a comfortable and safe working environment. The high-backed contoured seat adjusts for weight and moves on an inclined/declined track to put the operator in the perfect, comfortable position, and a standard auxiliary power outlet provides a convenient power source for cell phone, cooler or anything requiring 12-volt power.

TZ tractors are easy to operate with an automatic transmission, separate forward and reverse foot pedals that don't require clutching, and power steering. There's plenty of legroom, and the color-coded controls are conveniently placed. A cruise control option is available to maintain a constant working speed.

Easy Maintenance
Boomer sub-compact tractors are easy to maintain. There's no need to raise the hood or remove a front-end loader to add fuel or check the engine oil. For complete access, the high-pivot hood lifts on a gas strut. All routine service points are located on the right side of the engine.
