Programmable Control System

The Intelli-Pack control is an advanced operator control system for the Leach Millennium front loader featuring programmable container-handling that automates the lift, pack and dump operation. The new system is designed to increase operating efficiency through repetitive accuracy and speed of container handling. It is also aimed at improving operator comfort, eliminating operator error, and simplifying the training of new operators.

Routine positioning and movement of the front loader forks and arms are all pre-programmed into the system's microprocessor. Operation is streamlined via a multi-function joystick. Containers are handled at optimum speeds while special sensors in the cylinders cushion cylinder movements to prevent jars and jolts to the chassis and cab. The Intelli-Pack system can be programmed with various lock-out features to eliminate operator errors.
