These rental flare systems are designed and manufactured to provide easy setup, efficient service and low maintenance
These rental flare systems are designed and manufactured to provide easy setup, efficient service and low maintenance through field-proven technology, state of the art manufacturing, excellent workmanship, and high quality components. They are best suited for site testing and compliance requirements or to just get users out of a bind while they are waiting for their permanent flare or when their flare is out of commission. The manufacturer also offers a program for pre-purchase sizing and design support with rental units prior to the purchase of a permanent flare system.

These systems are offered in various sizes from 100 scfm to 1000 scfm in both enclosed and candle configurations. The enclosed flares are designed to meet all federal, local and state regulatory requirements including Best Available Control Technology (BACT) and the most stringent State of California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) for NOx and CO emissions. Many of the rental units are available with Patent Pending Condensate Injection Systems and Automated Control Systems. They can also interface with the manufacturer's automated ENVIEW wellfield control systems.

Systems are completely trailer or skid mounted with blower, knockout, flare stack, instrumentation and controls. Smaller units of 400 scfm and below are trailer mounted for easy transport, and towable behind most pickup trucks. Setup is a one-person operation as simple as standing up the stack, installing a few bolts to hold the stack in place, electrical connection and phone connection completes the setup. Enclosed flares are hydraulically erected and candle flares are hinged. Set up typically occurs in 1-2 hours for a candle flare and 2-3 hours for an enclosed. Larger units of 500 to 1000 scfm are completely skid mounted and require a small crane or large forklift. Setup up is usually 4-8 hours for a candle and 8-16 hours for an enclosed flare. The manufacturer can deliver, set up and operate the system.
