A vendor of transportation and logistics planning software has debuted a family of decision-support software. RoutePro, TransPro, and Supply Chain Designer are designed to optimize the full range of decisions encountered in logistics. That range includes long-term strategy, near-term planning, live operations, and performance evaluation (including profit analysis, resource utilization, and service measurement). Each software product is a point-and-click system with Windows NIT/95 user interface and extensive use of pull down menus, tabbed forms, visual icons, wizards and drag-and-drop features.

The new products use as a platform the company's Toolkits. They are designed as out-of-the-box software solutions that support business template overlays which can be tailored to specific industries or organizations.
