Solterra Recycling Solutions Completes Acquisition Of Bridge Disposal

Expands and Provides Scale to Solterra's Waste and Recycling Collection Services in New Jersey

Ewing, NJ /PRNewswire/ -- Solterra Recycling Solutions ("Solterra") announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Bridge Disposal, a provider of solid waste collection services. Bridge Disposal, based in New Brunswick, New Jersey, services residential, commercial and industrial customers throughout Central New Jersey. The acquisition of Bridge Disposal, which closed on June 30, 2016, comes on the heels of the Company's refinancing of its credit facility in April 2016.
