SORTEC 3.0 is an integrated sorting and processing technology for mixed post-consumer packaging waste.
SYSTECis an integrated sorting and processing technology for mixed post-consumer packaging waste. This allows post-consumer packaging to be processed into recyclable products. The technology can process approximately 25,000 tons of lightweight fraction annually (5 tons per hr.). This plant has ten parts including air separation, magnetic separation, optical separation, hydro-pulping and washing station, water treatment, eddy-current separation, sorting centrifuge, agglomerator, extruder and a silo.
