Master Builders, Inc.ERPLATE FF surface hardener was developed for application on floors that are designed to conform to a specific flatness designation. A dry shake system, the hardener is applied to newly-placed concrete to take advantage of the natural concrete bleeding process.
Technology has provided methods for one pass application and complete integration of up to 1.5 lb/ft 2 of the hardener in a single application step after screeding. It has been developed to accommodate flatness enhancing dry shake installation procedures as referenced according to ASTM 1155.
