Excel Manufacturing, Inc. of four solid plates that provide seamless construction end to end, the Two-Ram baler is engineered for high structural integrity, bale weight, and automatic operation. Chamber wall reinforcements wrap entirely around the machine and interlock with the chassis plates for additional strength. The control system of this unit is incorporated to eliminate the need for a full-time operator. It is capable of tracking the exact ram position, bale size, and bale rate, automatically adjusting to produce bales of consistent size and density with no operator input. The system features oil heaters, extreme temperature coolers, an automatic bale separation door and integrated conveyor systems. The company's 60/72-in. flat section conveyors are available.
