Avanti International244 Power Seal is a one component, acetone free, hydrophilic urethane chemical grout for sealing water leaks in the cracks and joints of concrete structures. It mixes with water and cures to form a tough, flexible, closed cell compound which bonds well to concrete. Formulated accelerators can be added to reduce the cure time of the power seal.
