Utility Flare Systems

TRITONTM CANDLE Flare Systems are pre-designed modular units that are packaged, pretested and delivered ready-to-operate. They can be incorporated into new or existing landfill gas management systems. Site preparation is often as simple as providing a concrete pad, anchor bolts and a power source.

These systems utilize an advanced design incorporating a semi-enclosed burner head. According to the manufacturer, this new approach to flare design produces a cleaner burning CANDLE with a less visible flame than previous designs. The system achieves efficient mixing and control of fuel to air which results in a short intense flame. This, in conjunction with the optional insulated shield, allows long retention time at higher temperatures.
