N/Afor cleaning trucks and heavy equipment, the automated Powerwash vehicle wheel and undercarriage washing system operates in a range of site situations including quarries, mines, landfills, construction sites and waste transit areas. This self-cleaning system is also suitable for any vehicle type, including large articulated dump trucks.
The product's operation is N/Ato be simple and efficient. The drive through process features a high-pressure spray system activated by an inductive loop sensor. The vehicle is driven at slow speeds, where the patented angle grid system causes wheel vibration, removing mud and debris. Multi-directional water jet-spray nozzles are directed at both wheels and undercarriage, and finally another angled grid system allows excess water to be shaken off. Wash time lasts from 10 seconds to three minutes being regulated and controlled by the electronic control panel.
A choice of water recycling systems is available. A central collection/primary filtration point can collect runoff, directing waste materials directed into settlement tanks prior to recycling. The alternative vertical clarifier recycling system is offered for applications where water cleanliness is important. Solid waste is totally separated for ease of removal.
Installation can be above ground or at ground level. System can also be made portable for movement from site-to-site. Optional side screens available to prevent overspray.
